Came in with photo of what I wanted to get done, was confidently told that the hairdresser could achieve this. She proceeded to bleach and dye (the wrong color) without any hair protective treatments in between, trimmed it in a straight cut despite me saying twice that I wanted a curved shape and I had to stop the styling" when she started pulling at my long thick wavy hair with a round brush and a blowdryer (again without any heat protection). It took me 8 days to restore my hair back to a healthy state after the heat damage she had done to it (despite paying 15£ extra for a hair treatment that was in less than 3min!) and had to go out and buy more products to achieve this. On top of this I found out the shirt I had been wearing was destroyed as it had a big bleach stain on the back. - In conclusion

Always a pleasure to visit Lana. Today I wasn’t really sure what to do with my colour but Lana had it all in hand and I am so pleased with the result! Felt totally spoiled by the time I left and had lots of fun chatting with her and Sharon (who did my daughter’s hair) as usual. This is a fab place to have your hair done and I’d recommend Lana highly.

Tia was absolutely great, so friendly and welcoming. I haven't had my hair cut in about 2 years so was nervous anyway, then add onto that the covid situation however I felt so at ease and confident while in the salon. Tia was great at checking each stage if I was happy with how my hair was looking. I have already recommended her to my mum who is looking to get her hair done. Amazing job and absolutely love my new hair.

Sharon managed my little girls first hair cut despite my toddler being very wriggly! Then she gave me a whole fab new cut with long layers as I said I was bored of my straight hair. Excellent service and friendly staff ☺

Being new to the area,it can be a bit scary finding a new hairdresser. Georgia is amazing, she knew exactly what shades to use on my hair and bring it back to life with a cut that was perfect. Another bonus she certainly knows how to give an excellent head massage.

Sharon listened to my styling request and I am pleased with the colour and the cut. Service is always served with a smile. The new apprentice is lovely. She has good people skills and washed my hair and gave a head massage really well.
