I sold a small guest house through Pattinsons. It was my first time using an auction house but having researched the process and followed some of the properties they'd auctioned in the area (Blackpool) it seemed an obvious choice.Our case was handled by Louise McCletchie. She's friendly, efficient and definitely knows her stuff. Our property was listed and sold within a week.If you're wondering whether to go down the auction route, I thoroughly recommend it - providing you use Pattinson's. Anyway, I'd better get on with packing as the deposit has just landed.
