Popped in whilst the car was being serviced by Ford next door. Had a nasty experience with their breakfast. Fell into the trap of being hungry and seeing a lovely image of their breakfast. Ordering is automated, so actually viewing the food at the counter is a no-no. £6 for something I can only describe as RANK". Table service was a joke. Upon ordering the food

Filled up with fuel today - no gloves or paper towels on offer at any of the pumps, mentioned it to cashier....yeah we have them but people need to come inside and ask for them ...Really! is this good customer relations, she didn't even seem bothered either ...bad service really

Called in for some food today after a visit to a park close by and I really wish we hadn't! The kids breakfast was poor, the adults breakfast was disgusting and chips tasted stale. The cutlery was mixed in with dirty/used so when we finally asked someone for clean cutlery it seemed like a massive effort. Food was also stone cold. We arrived hungry and left hungry. I will never eat here again!

Love morrisons,but not a fan of this store for various hygiene reasons. They are currently in the process of a refit, the bakery is now very welcoming and bright. Hopefully the refit will maybe include some training for the staff and then maybe I will return to buying bakery products. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of the store turns out and hoping its the end of the constant water leaking fridges, which in fairness is a morrisons issue not just this store.

Morrisons has always been a bit of a jaunt to get to for most people and out of the way even if you drive.As far as supermarkets go in Redditch, it is always kept stocked, clearly clean, and tidy, making it a nice place to shop.The fruit or vegetables section, bakery and of all the counters are a great choice.The staff are friendly and helpful, whether that's help finding what I need or going through this checkout.The cafe has gone through several changes, but it's great to still have one in store.

Shave blade offer £14 from £20 but when check out £20 not £14. Same as crisps buy 2 for £3.25 but check out £4! Beware they con you. Important remember price and if check out con tell staff sort out or send back!

Thought we'd have a Morrisons breakfast this morning, big mistake. I felt so sorry for the restaurant team, well I say team, I mean both of them.You can't expect to run a business successfully unless you put the hours into it. We as a nation make everything self- service and end up taking away any customer service, any feeling of belonging and warmth. And speaking of warmth it was freezing in there, the food went cold in minutes.Won't be coming back anymore

I was initially very angry about a mistake made getting a free child meal with adults meal.we did have to pay at first but after explaining it all to the manager we did eventually get a refund. He said we are here to help you . I’m pleased we can feel helped because both me and my husband struggle to do all the ordering on their machine and he said we can go to the till now anytime
