Seriously awful customer service here.Directly contradicted company guidance on the website and worse, absolutely belittled and laughed at the customers who were following advice from the majestic website.I would like to speak to the manager directly about this individual. He lost the business ~£1000 of wedding wine purchases.

Very friendly and helpful staff offering great advice on the large selection of wines in store. There are always good offers and deals available in store. There is ample free parking outside the store and staff are willing to carry your purchases to your car for you.

Tried Colpasso Zibibbo last evening and oh what a pleasure in a bottle.A new wine to me, but this dry white, has really subtle flavours of peach and lemon + . This Sicilian secret is well worth a try.
