I contacted Arlene after I fell in love with one of her paintings on Instagram which had already sold and she suggested a commission piece. I found the whole experience extremely easy and Arlene was professional helpful and guided me through the process. I commissioned Arlene Marks to paint my wife a present for our bedroom. Every step of the way she made us feel special with her amazing customer service and lovely bubbly demeanour. Once we had agreed on a size my wife got to choose her favourite colours for the piece and we got lots of updates and opportunities for input on the way.As the commission neared completion the excitement for us both rose with lots of updates until we were presented with the final piece!We were both completely blown away by how beautiful the final piece was. It was more impressive in person when hand-delivered by Arlene herself! Seeing how the light interacts with the metallic elements of the painting is just magical! At different times of the day as the light in the room changes, hidden elements are revealed. The mixed-media multi-layered approach to its creation gives it so much depth and visual interest!Truly a modern abstract masterpiece, our own Arlene Marks painting is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives, thanks so much!
