DO NOT USE DRIVALIA/LEASYS CAR(EX EMPLOYEE REVIEW!!!)Hi unfortunately had no option but to go ahead and post this.I've been working with this company for upto 1 year and worked hard enough to get alot of 5 star reviews with and without my name mentioned.Any of my reviews that have my name mentioned please don't take it in to consideration.If your looking to hire a Car you are better of using a company without a £1500 deposit.... surprise surprise when your picked up by the shuttle bus and you reach the branch.They pick and choose who they want to charge and who they don't, the same cars that are damaged prevouisly or deemed unsafe to be giving out to customers are still going out ,customers that bring there family and kids for a vacation have been given unsafe cars to use i've wittnessed this, ODB Code readers have been Used to remove Codes and then sending the car out with no faults, type pressure lights getting reset even if the tyre has a puncture so customers leaving there deposit eventually need to pay for tyres , the safety measure are next to none, the lot are not genuinely interested about safety what soever, I've seen customer's get stung and charged with damage's that where prevouisly on the car, I've wittnessed customers been given cars with serious faults and illegal tyres oil levels are never checked after hire's, tyres are not checked in a proper way neither is the damage to the cars that have been damaged due to prevouis hirer's , customers are getting misled by third party and get a big surprise when you reach the branch.The cleansiness of the cars are horrendous there's been many time's where customers have found items in the car that shouldnt be there, when it's supposedly just been valeted.I can go on on but I'm going leave it at that for now ,ITS YOUR DECISION BEFORE YOU GO AHEAD BOOKING WITH THEM....LEASYS ARE THE ONE WHO PROVIDE DRIVALIA WITH THE CARS THEY ARE JUST AS MUCH QUESTIONABLE AS THEY WORK ALONGSIDE DRIVALIA WHEN GIVING CARS THAT ARE TOTALLY NOT SUITABLE FOR HIRING.ANY QUESTIONS DONT HESTITATE TO CONTACT ME.

Absolutely awful company. Rented a car in Italy and paid a £500 deposit which we were promised would be returned within a week of returning the car. This was 8 weeks ago. Have since read many many reviews of other customers having the same problem. Also incurred extra charges for diesel and add blue in a petrol car!I have called several times and emailed the Italian offices.The uk part of the company simply wash their hands of it by saying unfortunately we are a different part of the business. We cannot help.This company should be banned from trading.***How are exactly do you “remain at my disposal” forwarding the complaint to the people that are committing the fraud isn’t helpful. If you actually take customer satisfaction seriously, maybe you should address the problem!?

Have enjoyed leasing two cars over eight years and have just returned a car. Absolutely sickening to read inspection report and quote for damage. There is nothing beyond wear and tear and I returned car with low mileage and valeted to a high quality. No way can I pay that and no way I should have to. As a result will have to look elsewhere next time I lease.

Basically, cowboys.Every single tiny little scratch is considered as damage in their industry standard" and they charge double the price of what you could have paid to a local garage if only I knew they behave in such a way. Why hasn't anyone taken them out of business yet?I'm serious... a wheel scuff is charged 65 pounds whereas id pay 35-40 locally and guess what... I have been told numerously on collection that these are the wear and tear and will be looked at appropriately.Avoid at all costs!!!Avoid!!!!!P.S. will be calling them this week. Will happily change my review if they change their attitude. Looking at the reports here - no chance.UPD: I have just received their reply. It has taken them over 2 weeks to offer me "a goodwill gesture" of 48 pounds. I have the charger for the electrical car which they refuse to take and the service book

A bad experience with a greedy company. The car itself was great. My issues is with terrible customer service. They have a very slow response time over email of around a week and not all queries can be solved over the phone.My final issue with them was over a parking charge which I had already paid directly to the company for £60 leasys then charged me £78. After nearly a month of communications they agreed to refund £60 but not the £18 fee they charged me for making the payment.Thousands I've paid them and they refuse to pay me my money back, money I paid because of their error.

Feel like I should leave a review as they have a lot of bad ones on here. We used a broker (Select Cars) to lease a car for three years. The lease company turned out to be Leasys. After viewing their reviews it made me a little worried about the whole process. But after three years and just having returned the vehicle their customer service throughout has been supurb. Always available on the phone when needed and no nasty surprises during or after the lease period. From my pov they have been excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Unprofessional! I sent an email a week ago requesting a quote for an early termination in order to help me decide wether or not I should keep the car. What was my surprise when today, a week later, I received an email informing that the car collection has been arranged and that my contract will be terminated. Not only did it take a week to hear back from them but they did not even read my email. I only ask for a QUOTE and without informing me they cancelled my contract and arranged a collection. This is highly unprofessional and caused me stress. Only asked for a quote they never provided but instead went ahead and cancelled my contract and arranged for a collection. Stay away is my recommendation after this experience!!!!

They're on of those 'great' British businesses that drain the life out of their customers and 'customer UNservice' you into submission. I haven't even got the energy left to explain how poor an experience had with them.Edit: And there's the 'concerned' reply, 3 hours after posting a negative review. Text book!

I’ve had 4 cars through Leasys. They have always been okay on the phone. Sometimes tedious with not really answering questions properly, mainly about ending an agreement early. It’s always vague or send you off to do the leg work.Today I spoke to Prabjot and she couldn’t be anymore helpful. I was shocked to how nice, friendly and knowledgeable she was. She reminded me of things I had forgot about eg; personalised reg number and actually told me what and how to end my agreement early.I wish I had a direct line to her as I’ll be having to call Leasys a few more times as my agreement comes to an end. I hope this review is shared with Prabjot and she gets well deserved recognition!Kind regardsJames

Significant charge for cosmetic damage on return at end of lease... all of which should have been classified as reasonable wear and tear" over a 4yr period. Despite vehicle having over 8000 miles less than agreed allowance (over 25% under total mileage allowance and therefore indisputably having a higher value as a result)
