Unfortunately I’m not great at buying your phone prices. They gave me a price of £300 for my iPhone 12 immaculate condition and when I arrived at the shop and then I said that we could only offer you £230 I said no thank you, I went to the High Street shop called technology base and they gave me £300 for my phone

!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!It dissolved Nov 9th 2021 and is trading illegally (see attached screenshot from Companies House).They repaired a laptop for us before we realised and charged us for something that simply doesn't exist. We cannot get more details out of them as they avoid us when asking for further details.

I wanted to give 0 stars but the minimum is 1, so I had to go with 1!!!The worst store ever! I don't recommend at all!!!! Went in the store last month to put screen protector in my new phone. All done but next day the protector was coming of the screen. Went in the store again and the guy blame my cover's phone (most ridiculous excuse and answer). Anyway, I insisted to put another screen protector (I paid for it of course, again).After 45m and 3 failed tries doing it, they finally did it.Next day, I travelled to other country and when I arrived the power button of the phone was completely broke!!!!!!A 1000 pound new phone and no more power button. And in a month the 2nd screen protector is coming of the screen in 2 corners (I even bought another cover).So not professional, no quality at all!!!!!!! Never again in this store. Just take money from people and that's it!They should pay me a new phone, because my phone was completely new and because of this people my phone is ruined).I went in so many stores before to buy and put a screen protector for other phones and I never ever experience nothing like this.Unfortunately I was out of the country for 3 weeks so I was not able to go in store complaint straightaway but for sure I won't be in this store never again and I will spread my word as much as I can!!!!

I initially went to get my phone screen replaced. This however wasn’t done correctly as the screen was still popping out. An that my device was overheating which this problem had not occurred before until the screen was replaced by this shop. Many other issues. This shop has ruined a completely brand-new phone. Please avoid!!!!!

After having my mobile phone's dying battery, replaced I noticed that my battery monitoring app had downgraded the mAH from the OEM.While I was dissatisfied, it provided better battery life compared to my old battery. A few months after, the battery is now starting to fail.
