Phoned 111 for a emergency dental appointment and was allocated a time and date at this practice. Well managed - email form to complete before attending, treatments were explained along with costings before they were done. Friendly staff.

Had an emergency appointment here today after suffering severe tooth pain for the last 3 days. Fantastic experience,Alex explained all the options available to me and had a tooth taken out, didn't t feel a thing. All the staff and nurses were very polite and helpful, definitely recommend this place.

Avoid if you want to be cared about. They will cancel appointments left right and centre, lack any understanding of people's personal and work lives getting in the way, and will not care at all about if your appointments are inconvenient and make NO attempt to work with you on a basic level. Avoid at all costs!!

I’ll start by saying the dentist was great and the treatment received I have no issues with.I have used this dental practice twice for emergency appointments for my children.The first time I was moaned at for being a few minutes late, the last time I was moaned at for arriving a few minutes early (13:50 for a 14:00 appointment) I was told to go away and come back closer to 14:00..I went back at exactly 14:00 and then was told to wait in reception where I waited for 30 minutes before being seen at 14:30 for my 14:00 appointment.Now I have absolutely no problem with waiting for my appointment it’s quite normal for Dr’s and Dentists to be running behind (30 min is pushing it though) but the issue is they are so precious about their time but have no regard for my time.This could easily have been a 5 star review if only they put the customer first, needless to say I won’t be a private customer of this practice given the choice.

What a brilliant team!First time I've had dental treatment without sedation for many years!Can't thank Alex and team enough for making my visit a lot less painful than I had anticipated!

Been with this dentist for a few years, never any problems.Myself and my husband have been back,once in Dec,and again in January.Neither of us have had such a bad experience with a Dentist! It has now gone private,and even if it was still NHS ,we would never return to the practice. Worst Dentist ever!!!
