Excellent staff, care and treatment for our old dog who needed an op last year. He also required 2 out of hours treatments on bank holidays and the vet was there within 15 minutes and provided excellent care. Top team!

My dog was very poorly and although this wasn't my normal vets I got an appointment straight away. The vet was very thorough and pleasant and 4 days later my dog is back to her old self. Highly recommend them and cannot thank them enough

Telephoned this vet to have my dog get some treatment they say if your not a customer we not taking anymore customers on not good for business surely every little helps but not to these vets better go elsewhere receptionists are rude they just put phone down very abrupt and rude

I've been taking my pets here for over 15 years and would never take them anywhere else. They're so welcoming, not only to us humans, but all my pets get a stroke and a fuss before any examination/treatment. Nothing is too much trouble for them. And the fact that they work as a good team shines through!

Been with this practice several years now & they go out of their way to help with any problems with my dogs.Lloyd was excellent with our aging Rottie & even came out to us when she couldn't get into the car on her final day.She died peacefully on the lawn in the garden (her favourite place to lie) Its at times like that you appreciate the personal touch.Would highly recommend,sensible prices too.

Bishops Castle Vets were able to see my dog quickly on a Saturday morning, even though we weren't registered, as we're only visiting the area. Were able to examine him in the car as he was struggling to walk. Gave him a pain relief injection and Metacam to continue with. Really pleased they were able to examine him so quickly and the bill was very reasonable compared with his usually vet back home. Would definitely recommend. Thank you x
