DO NOT USEReviews below are fake. I’ve had a car 2 months it’s broken down on me 4 times, they took the car to be fixed, it broke down the next day. He told me he would give me a courtesy car whilst mine was repaired and since then have had no contact, he’s ignoring my messages and calls. I’ve had to contact trading standards and am waiting for a response from the dealership for a refund but still no response. I had to drive down and hand deliver the letter asking for a refund as they won’t collect my letter from Royal Mail.

Absolute scam. Wondering how lending companies work with them. DO NOT TOUCH

Bought a Peugeot 2013 semi auto (80.6k miles) last 09.2022 via Zuto. Unit was delivered to cambridgeshire area and had a chance to do a quick test drive. Unit was serviced and MOT prior to delivery with 8mo. warranty. So far, no major issues. 2keys, handbook. Downside was car has no service record, and was a bit overpriced compared to average.

Do Not Use!We spent over £1000 on repairs eg all round tyres, brakes, v belt and tentioners, anti roll bar linkage. an independent garage confirmed that the power steering fluid had been topped up with water, the vehicle had not had a oil change or service for a long time hence the valve lifters are shot, egr valve failed, and engine written off! This vehicle had not had the loving checks carried out as they said. I asked the staff to provide a warranty as they promised and after four phone calls they still didn't!. Once they had my money it was just tough look for me even not returning calls. That's £5,500 wasted on mercedes now on its way to the scrap yard. Think I'm not telling the truth try me I've plenty of evidence.
