We recently had work completed to lift and relay our shower base. The office were efficient in booking the work with an excellent understanding of the issue. The team arrived on site as arranged, equipped with everything they required to complete the job effectively, on schedule, without damage of shower screens and wall tiles. The team were courteous, respectful of their surroundings and understanding of COVID restrictions and dIsruption was kept to minimum. All around very good job.

Excellence Plumbing were brilliant to deal with. Extremely helpful - over and above what I would expect, professional, friendly and good communication. We had new radiators throughout, a new boiler and three new bathrooms.Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a full utility, shower and toilet installation as well as outside work on an extension. Excellence plumbing and gas. Ashley and the team were fantastic. We approached the project with high anxiety but were completely put at ease when we saw their professional and skilled approach. Complete bathroom refurbishmentIt’s a daunting task to refurbish a bathroom! However, from planning, to advising, to providing us with a detailed quote and then to the perfect execution of the job, the Excellence Plumbing team was always at hand, even on a Saturday!No job was too difficult! The team was tidy, precise and always took on board last minute changes, which I thought of during the process (I’m afraid more than once!), with incredible patience!A special thanks goes to the site manager Anthony and the ladies in the office. They really brought the team together to create our dream bathroom! Amazing! Thank you!

Excellence Plumbing and Gas recently replaced my 12 year old faulty boiler. They very quickly identified the faults with the old one and it was obviously beyond economic repair. They replaced it a few days later with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 with Easycontrol. They also replaced a couple of radiator valves. All done in about 3.5 hours.The communication with the office was first rate. The engineer was efficient, knowledgeable left the place clean and tidy.I can't rate them high enough.

I have used Excellence twice this year. Once for a faulty WC and then for a boiler that stopped working on a very cold November day! Melanie in the office was incredibly professional, friendly and efficient and on both occasions, the plumbers and engineers that arrived were on time, courteous and incredibly tidy. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I have been using Excellence for over five years now. As an overseas landlord I need to have contractors who are not only professional but who are reliable, honest and reasonably priced.
