An average Maccies all things considered.Walked in and ordered the order itself seemed to take a while, with staff rushing to satisfy drive through orders first it felt like.The order itself was placed around 2:00 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t overly busy all things considered.Would probably still go again but maybe do drive through for that quicker service I guess, it wasn’t just me but a bunch of us waiting 15+ minutes which for McDonald’s is relatively slow

Took nearly an hour to get your fast food. After waiting 45mins mine and my friends order (we both had kids with us) both displayed off the screen. Once spoke to a member of staff they then sorted.

Had a grilled chicken wrap and it was dry and rubbery. And that silly paper knife and fork (I ordered a salad too) didn't cut the mustard either. Sadly it seems to me that not only has McDonald's raised their prices significantly, they have also compromised on food quality. A great shame.The coffee was ok.

Ordered modified items on a busy night so expected a delay. The order came over relatively quick for a busy night, but at the cost of adequate temperature. It was borderline warm as if it had been rushed, that's the only reason I can think for modified items being almost cold.After informing the staff, they were helpful in remaking the whole order and even upgraded the fries to large size for free as compensationAlthough they were good in rectifying the problem, multiple people around the same timeframe had similar problems

Server used hands to take chips from the fry basket and when I told him I wanted No hands on my food (if gloves used no problem) the server had to be held back by the shift manager as he was trying to attack me. Asked manager to keep me informed about Complaint raised, but have been ignored so far.This is a shame as I used to use this site regularly until this happened, now have to drive to Weston-super-mare if want McDonald's

Typical Maccies, food is up to usual standard for the chain, not the worst atmosphere but I will admit I've never eaten in there. Staff do their best, but are frequently overwhelmed so please do check your order before you leave if taking food away!

Most food ready quickly and was hot, normal burgers and chips were good only downside is if you order chicken you have a longer wait and not as good as your standard burgers. Drinks taste nice but are not filled all the way up and I would also not recommend the hot chocolate promotional or otherwise.

I’m absolutely appalled at the food here I bought a bbq wrap and I found a rather large chunk of lettuce. Pictures below. This is so bad even as a cheap fast food chain. This order had no care whatsoever put into it. Disgusting
