Over the moon with the service we received and my ring! All the staff were lovely, listened and understood what we were asking for with not judgement or pressure. I was reassured that if I wasn’t happy then they would recreate my ring, but it is absolutely stunning and far exceeded my expectations!Looking forward to going back to Phelans to sort our wedding rings and potentially some bespoke gifts for the bridal party!

I had been to one of the main high street chains to remove the rhodium plating from my yellow gold earrings which I had done decades ago. They quoted me 4 weeks to get it done and the price was four times that of Phelan’s. Simon got it done in a few days as they have their own in-house workshop. My earrings are now back to their former glory. So happy with this lovely family-run business. Wishing you guys continuing success Xx

Phelans are THE best jewellers. Simon has looked after my extremely treasured diamond ring for many years, even remodelling the basket. I would go no where else. They also created my daughter’s bespoke engagement ring.The staff in the shop are professional but very approachable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Samantha, Natalie and Ella were all so helpful during the process of designing my engagement ring. We had been to the big name jewellery stores who didn't really speak to us or give us customer service that instilled confidence and/ or trust. When we walked into Phelans jewellers, you could tell the first assistant we spoke to knew everything about stones. She made amazing suggestions and was very reassuring, measured my finger. I explained I had seen a design but wanted this particular stone with that same design. CAD designs were sent before the time expected and we picked up the ring today... I can honestly say it's exceeded expectations! We will definitely come back for more custom jewellery designs in future and I would highly recommend this jewellers! Very knowledgeable and helpful!

Exceptional service from Simon and his staff. Fantastic service from start to finish! I had a few rings enlarged and Simon did an amazing job. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I purchased a ring from them about 10 years ago and I have it annually cleaned and the ring always looks as good as new again! As an independent working jewellers, Phelans have some wonderfully unique pieces and they are able to create bespoke items of jewellery to your own design.Their customer service is excellent.Having used them for over 20 years I would highly recommend them for all your jewellery needs.
