NCP Car Park Lincoln St Rumbold Street

Ticket machines out of date very poor screens unable to read instructions in sunlight. Spend some money NCP.

Good straight forward parking. Parked up on 10th July 2023. Ground a bit rough. You don't need the App to park. (Had signal issues so I couldn't install the App at the time) I had selected time, popped in the Reg, waved the Card on the 'Contactless Keypad' ticket issued. The money didn't come out my bank at 1st so I had joined the app after I traveled back home, messaged Mich on the message service on NCP app, took 2 hrs for someone to get back to me, checked the the time frame & CCTV & they were bang on. They could see the payment & Money came out 4 days later, Mich was very good & professional.. very busy be patient they do get back to you. But all good. Thank you. A*

Absolute disaster ... No parking machines where you can pay for your parking session !!! Got there once with my car and a friend with his car so I tried to pay for both of us ... It took us maybe 30minutes to pay for 2 cars !!! At the end, I received a fine of 100£ because their F**** machine did not understood my number plates ..Do not recommend you to use NCP Car Park. On the opposite side of the road there is an excellent car parking.

Machines not giving tickets. Screens not clear. Only 1 qr code to scan for the app. So glad I don't live here or have to use this car park again!! Took 15 mins just to get sorted before leaving the car. Use the pay and display multi storey no double easier

Reasonable priced and easy to get to. This surface car park found do with resurfacing and spaces marked but there was plenty of room. It is well lit at night.

Poor surface, no tarmac. No chance to pay cash. Pay machines difficult to use made worse by sun on screen.

Reasonable price and near to the high street and a short walk up steep hill to the cathedral. First visit I miss timed the visit and got a parking fine

Plenty of room to park, apart from when people park in the middle of the car park were your meant to drive to find a space

Not overly expensive but needs some attention to the road service as plenty of potholes

Priced sort of ok but they've spent a lot of money putting in number plate recognition and payment machines that take forever due to the need to put in full registration number (which many people seem unable to remember).All this is done to avoid non payment by customers and allow prosecution of offenders but at the same time they've never sorted out the parking surface that was trashed years ago when they demolished the dangerous structure covering it. It has deteriorated over the years and is uneven to the point you can scrape the underside of your car negotiating some of the bumps. It is usually pretty full on midweek mornings (cheaper all day parking than other car parks) but much space is wasted due to haphazard parking. They've recently painted lines on mud and rubble to help guide parking but I don't expect them to stay in place too long...The neglect of the surface whilst investing heavily in technology to protect their profits is an act of pure greed by NCP.
