Central multi storey car park, expensive for very short stays but on par for the whole day. £16.50 was my charge for around 8 hours. The spaces are fine, not the largest, but there are some 4x4 spaces available also (I'm unsure how many). You get a ticket on entering and pay at the machine before you leave, there are staff on site who were helpful when I had a (user error) problem with my ticket. Exiting requires a bit of attention as there are tight bends and curbs set up to go down each level and get out. The parking is on par with Union Square, only 50p more for the length I was there.

Wish I'd read the reviews before parking here. It's secure and reasonably priced for an overnight stay, however as others have mentioned it is very very tight trying to exit with multiple sharp turns.Thankfully I got the car (Audi A3) out in one piece, I'd have been fuming otherwise.Park elsewhere, this place is not worth the stress (or potential bang and scrape)

Car park is extremely tight. Before going I read about it being tight with a tesla so thought with my small fiesta I'd be better off but it was still really narrow. Didn't damage my car atleast and car still had all 4 wheels after 2 days so that's a bonus.

Not suitable for a Tesla model Y, entrance is fine, parking is tight BUT exiting is the most stressful experience I’ve ever had!!! The corners are unnecessarily and ridiculously tight… it took me 10mins just to tackle one of them, even with all the sensors and cameras I still scratched it badly :’( i know I’m the not the only one judging by the amount of dents and paintwork left on the walls. They are sharp, scary corners all metal and concrete, no protective padding! And just to top it off it cost £11.80 to park for 4 hours!!!

It's on a car park but I can not fault the place, arrive at the barrier with my QR Code to get in and no need to pay upon returning to my vehicle as payment is taken immediately upon exiting the car park, using the QR Code and the paycard registered previously. Place is always clean and tidy

Disaster of a car park. Tiny spaces, virtually every car is bigger/longer than the spaces available. Exit is a nightmare, I have never seen sharper/narrower bends. Do not park here under any circumstances.

It’s interesting to note that a Casino is perched on top of this car park. The biggest gamble was actually using this car park. Every level was barricaded so you could not park until you get to the sixth floor. The turns were so tight even Stewart Little would probably crash! And the elevators are sealed shut so that you have to drag your luggage down six flights stairs. Q R code not working! No staff ! The only thing working was the charge to exit the chicane of potential calamity! Great car park for people under 2 feet in height driving pedal cars!

Terrible car park. Do not park here unless you own a smart car because navigating in this car park will likely cause damage to your car. Also £8.00 for 2 hours and 20 minutes, yet another reason not to park here.

Union square is cheaper, believe the reviews about it being tight. I don’t recommend in pickups or large 4x4, it’s not built very well. Save yourself the money in scratch repair and park down the road instead

What a disaster! The NCP website would not let me register and the QR code did not work either. I still have not heard from customer service about my difficulty with this issue. The car park itself is a nightmare to navigate, with extremely narrow sharp turns and barriers everywhere. No staff around to help. You take your life into your own hands and enter this car park at your own risk - highly recommended NOT to park here!
