AWFUL. the service is terrible. Every single time we have ordered they forget items and then when we call they act like they couldn’t care less. They are an embarrassment of a business, can’t even complete a simple order.When we asked for replacement items they said no they’re “too busy”

The burger is massive compared to most places. The place is super clean and the food is fresh which isn't the same everywhere weeks. It's better than any chicken cottage I've been.

Ordered on Uber eats but food never arrived - called and was told the delivery driver has called me 7 times total lie as had my phone with me and on at all times, said they’d send the order out again. 5 mins after talking to them got a cancellation notification form Uber eats so call again - the melt who answered the phone told me the imaginary delivery driver had showed him on the Deliveroo system (I used Uber eats) that they called me 7 times and they would only send the food again if I paid a delivery charge. Never again - bunch of charlatans!

They gave us less than we paid for and promised to make it up on the next order (confirmed by 2 members of staff), so I placed a next order paying more so they could add what I’d paid for before- they didn’t give it and then didn’t pick up my calls after either.

The bloke at the till passionately kissed my nan and bummed her over the counter then he placed his fist in my rectum and proceeded to go elbow deep and he also spat in my mouth and kissed me and said that I had to pay him £600 for “services” then he shot my uncle in the head 15 times and then sat on his face

Food is perfect only problem is I’m allergic to egg so I state in the message when I order from them no mayonnaise and they stick mayonnaise in side my burger and then when I call up they say there add the meal on my next delivery witch is disgusting behaviour because I order food that day I expect it that day and when i state my allergy they should stick to it not smother my burger in mayonnaise there lucky I didn’t report them for this because if I took a bite god knows what would have happened
