If you are thinking about getting laser rejuvenation. Then DONT! It was the worst thing I have ever done. I went to Fantasia to improve my open pores and Shirley offered me a course of chemical peels and lasers DAYS apart from each other . I trusted her and went through with it: now my skin is worse than it was before in other ways . Looser skin! My smile line is more defined on one side ! My face is now noticeable not the same on both sides ! I have since done a lot of research on facial fat loss and I am pretty sure this is what’s happening! I am so angry at myself for not researching this more before hand and letting her do this to me days apart when it clearly is not safe to so that closely together !! I have since contacted the Salon to get some more information on the laser used etc but they won’t give me this information for some reason !?? I would go to a trainer doctor for laser treatment if I were you !

After struggling with a development of excessive facial and neck hair, I had been back and forth to the doctors for more than a year and given no support, I finally turned to laser hair removal. Shirley was incredible! Made me feel so at ease with something I was so paranoid about (and honestly exhausted with mentally and physically!). I took a laser hair removal package and within the first session I was already so much more confident and could see results, each session after saw a continuous reduction in hair thickness and growth. The full course took around 7 months and I'm very happy to say that now I'm finally hair free! It's not a quick and easy fix and certainly not a pleasant, but Shirley made sure that it was removed permanently and made it relatively painless. Wish I had turned to the lovely team at Fantasia earlier, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Probably the worst experience I have had in a so called professional beauty salon. I spoke at length prior to my appointment to a lady on the phone explaining exactly what I wanted. On entering the building I was greeted by a gaggle of girls around the reception desk sniggering. After being shown to the treatment room my technician proceeded to tell me my nails were ‘ very stained’ when I replied that I was a hairdresser she told me my nails were stained with makeup not tint. She examined them fir a good solid five minutes screwing her face up with distaste then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do what I asked for on the phone as she didn’t have the time and most of her clients had tips with gel. That’s fair enough but that should have been explained on the phone. She also insisted on arguing the difference between a fill and a backfill! I have been having acrylic nails for over 20 years and know what I’m talking about! So after wasting one of the days of my holiday (I’m from Blackpool) planning around this appointment I left with my nails in the same state and feeling quite upset at the rudeness and arrogance of this woman. Thanks but no thanks!

Have been coming to Shirley for electrolysis hair removal for 7 months now as part of my gender transition. She is so unbelievably kind and her along with the rest if the team have helped me on my journey and have been of massive support. Completely gender inclusive and am seeing fantastic results so far. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated experienced team who genuinely care about giving their clients confidence in themselves and delivering results! Looking forward to being completely facial hair free thanks to the lovely Shirley and her fab team of lovely ladies xxx
