R D & E Hospital

I can't speak highly enough about the Hospital and staff. They were kind, attentive,extremely professional and obviously well trained. That was true of everyone in their team. They were always happy and smiley, giving the wards a lovely family feel. Every member of the ward team for my bay, came and introduced themselves as they came on shift.I genuinely felt like I was in a top rated private hospital!I witnessed several incidents of patients being rude and irritable, obviously due to being ill. In every instance the staff reacted professionally and calmly to diffuse the situation.I don't think that you can ever say you want to be hospitalised, but this is as close I've come to enjoying a hospital visit.The three wards I spent time on were: CulmAcute Medical Unitand MereHospital staff definitely deserve to be paid handsomely!!!Well done and thank you so much x
