Amazing customer service from start to finish!! Both Ed and Melanie are great!We are purchasing a new build and before speaking with Ed, we were using another mortgage advisor but it soon become clear that Threshold Mortgages are experts in first time homes and i am so glad we decided to go with them for our mortgage advisor!Ed made us feel super comfortable from the start and explained everything in great detail answering any questions we may have. We had a slight hiccup with our application but Ed was fast to sort this and get everything on the right path. Melanie was great at getting all our admin done and was super fast at processing our mortgage application and keeping us informed every step!Honestly couldn't recommend Threshold Mortgages enough!

He was available throughout the process to answer all our questions and concerns, and always phoned us back without delay if he was on another call. Our initial enquiry was dealt with by Jonathan, a very proficient mortgage advisor, who was able to assess our financial position and gave us the confidence to proceed with a mortgage application. We were then passed onto Ed who quickly began the process of making our application and collecting our documents, Ed was equally as professional and efficient in providing a top quality service. Once we got to the point of making the application we were assisted by both Hayley and Lois, who, during the mortgage application, would provide you with regular updates and chase the various companies you deal with to get the result needed. Lois, Hayley, Ed and Jonathan made what would have been a very stressful experience a very easy one.

My partner and I were referred to Threshold by our property developers. Marcus & Ann-Marie have been nothing short of excellent in arranging our mortgage and protection insurance.
