I came to Ray feeling very low about chronic back pain I'd struggled with for over 12 years. I would usually experience a couple of bad spasms a year and certain things, such as running, were a no-go area for me. During lockdown and the stress of the past year, the  pain became unbearable and I felt like I needed to be taken apart and put back together again.This is when I found Ray. And that is exactly what he does!The structural release is one of the most challenging but rewarding experiences I've ever been through. Ray puts you at ease instantly and really takes the time to talk you through every single thing he is doing, and why, so that you get to know your body on a whole different level. At the end of each session, he will give me exercises to practice to really embed the learning because his long-term goal is to ensure that you know you're centre and have power over your own body. I find this extremely empowering. I also now run regularly and even managed my first 10k recently - something I never thought I'd be able to do.I've spent MANY years with various physios, on painkillers, going to multiple GP visits, I've even had MRI scans and nothing ever worked until now. Ray is an expert and I trust him implicitly. I would recommend him to anyone!

If you want to find out how it feels to move the way you should and how amazing that is to realise then Ray is the guy. He doesn't mess about and will tell you want you need to hear and show you the way! I can't begin to describe how much I have changed both physically and mentally since I started working with Ray. The most life changing experience!!I came to Ray a complete mess. I was very guarded and had so much tension in my body. Ray’s ability to lower my guard and make me feel comfortable is a testament to his incredibly warm, caring and supportive nature. The work that he has done on my body in just 5 session has not only freed my body from years of tension but has also freed my mind and soul. Ray’s work goes deeper than surface level body issues he gets down to the root of the issue. In my case I had been harbouring a lot of trauma from my past. I quickly learnt that I could trust Ray with not only with healing my body but my emotions and within a short time Ray has allowed me to regain my self awareness, self confidence and ultimately made me feel like I can take back control of my life.I can not recommend Ray enough, his years of experience is evident in the ease at which he identifies and deals with any pain that you bring to him.
