Pink Nails Colindale

I visited with my friend today for the first time. It had been a while since I had my nails done and I was nervous to go for anything other than a simple manicure. May (Mae?) did my nails. She took the time to explain what gel/shellac was and patch tested lots of polish colours until I found the perfect one. I decided to go for gel. She took her time and had a steady hand for each step of the process. I was nervous of walking out with thick polish but each layer she did was perfectly thin. I am so happy with the outcome and will definitely be going back regularly to do them. Thank you May!

Quality is not great - started to come off after just 8 days after I did the shellac. I asked the manager if they could fix it since I had been extremely careful, though she wanted to charge me extra. I understand that they don’t know what we have been doing with our nails, however, I have gone to other places and the gel lasted for longer than 2/3 weeks. I don’t think the manager was considerate and understating and it feels like quality of their products is poor.

It has been my first and last time at this place. I have just had SNS done on my natural nails and the quality of this service has been very poor as you can see based on the photos I have attached. I don't know the name of the lady who did my nails but she hardly spoke English, anyway, her attention to detail is zero to none and i very much doubt she has been professionally trained on SNS...Despite my complaint I was still charged a full price £30 and the staff spoken their native language among them in front of me...not a good customer experience at all! I will not be going back and do not recommend this place for SNS nails.

The staff were lovely but the quality of the manicure and nail art was not what I expected (did not clean under the nails and the nail art didn’t fit with the rest of the nails). The photo was taken as soon as I got home from the nail salon.

My go to salon for gel nails. Very soothing and thorough ped and manicure. Ladies always welcoming and smiling. Always happy to accommodate my requirements - even with my preference of having super short nails! My gel nails last a good amount of time!

Had the deluxe manicure and pedicure. Good value for money, will definitely be back. The pedicure turned out amazing, it’s a shame on the manicure both thumbs got ruined within 30 minutes of leaving the salon but I guess that was my fault I should have been more careful / let the nail polish dry more. Definitely plan for it being a long visit (more than 1.5 hours).

I visited for the 1st time today (only moved into the area a few weeks ago) and my hands and feet were in a poor condition. In less than an hour and a half they were revived and looking like a million dollars. The lady who took care of me was exceptional - really diligent and clearly very good at what she does.I'll definitely be making regular visits, and it's a nice added bonus that they run a loyalty scheme

I’ve been going to Pink nails for 4-5 years now. Since my first visit, I’ve been getting my nails done with Jam and I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received every single time. She’s extremely attentive , skilled and patient with my requests and in general all of the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and polite.I usually do an infill with acrylic powder and shellac gel on top and they have always perfectly lasted on my nails without chipping for 3-4 weeks. I also can not recommend the pedicure enough as for me with my ingrown toenails, Jam has always been patient and skilful in helping me with the pain.They take the hygiene seriously as every time I have visited they are constantly sanitising each area and steam mopping the floors which is great to see as you don’t see that in many other places.I also really like the loyalty cards they have which makes you feel appreciated as a customer.Overall I would definitely recommend the salon and specifically Jam as I’ve always been happy with my experiences.

First time getting my nails done and I've definitely been put off. Felt awkward as soon as I walked in due to no one being at the front desk to help me and getting unclear guidance about where to go. The lady made three of my nails bleed when trimming my cuticles and left some scuffs of polish around my nails, but I was so keen to get it over with I didn't say anything. My nails look better than if I painted them myself, but other than that it was a bad experience.
