Wokingham Plumbers & Boiler Repair

I called these guys around. Can't say happy with service overall. Firstly I wanted a firm in Wokingham, the name would suggest they are but actually invoice from a London company - not really keen on the way this is marketed, I was after some local guys really. Secondly I was expecting some sort of proper inspection to be done, the guy turned up and just said I needed new boiler. This cost £95 + VAT, as you can appreciate don't see any value for money. My boiler is from 2005 so hardly ancient. What disappoints me is that with a bit of work tonight, I have rectified the issue and have heating on now.I called up the firm after they come, whilst I do feel they are knowledgeable and not a dodgy company, I expressed some concern with both the name of the company and the value for money. As I fixed the issue myself, I do feel they should be a bit concerned about my review, and hope they improve certain aspects of their service for other customers.

Reliable service, our boiler issue was resolved promptly.
