Awful customer service, spend more time chatting than serving. Pretty sure just because the food reads above 64 in temp doesn’t mean the sausage is not rawwww.They get my order wrong everytime.Just think maybe some customer service training is needed.

Most disappointing Greggs I've been to. There's always a problem, hot cabinet always empty, sandwich cabinet only 40% full, tills don't give out receipts and the app never works so you can't collect your points or get your freebies

I came here because I was feeling faint and needed some quick food to pick me up. Food was edible but poor (I’ll eat anything you throw at me so I’m not fussy but the pizza was too bready and doughy and the hot chocolate had a weird ‘synthetic’ taste. I was excited about seeing a new Greggs in Oxford as I’d read about it the day before but server was rude. I ordered the cheapest thing on the menu so maybe that’s why? Maybe it’s because my skin was a different colour to hers? Maybe it’s because i asked for a veggie option? Maybe it’s because she just didn’t like her job? I don’t know but I’m a waiter and I always try to treat my customers with respect and I think everyone should. If you’re a server, please don’t prejudice your customers; they might be having a bad day ...even if they are white! Thanks!

Most pathetic and rude customer service seen for a long time, was not paying attention and charged us for 4 when we asked for 1. Did not refund our money full, Very bad attitude and bad customer service. Even kids asked “Why she shouted at us”

Food is fine but I don't understand why the employee had to be so rude. I just wanted a donut and she tutted and sighed. She then just flipped on the card reader and tossed it across the desk. I could have just left without paying if I wanted! It's just really quite disappointing.... I added a photo so you know which employee it was and I'm happy to give further feedback.

The food was lukewarm but was tasty. It was as expected, but it was nice to be able to eat inside. Did as expected.

A pretty good Greggs, good selection of hot food and drinks, very nice vegan sausage rolls. Limited seating in the evening, we were also asked to leave our seats a good 30 minutes before the store had closed so they can clean, clean a tiny area which would have taken minutes. But generally not bad.

This branch needs to stop automatically charging 'eat in' prices on take out orders.There have been numerous times that I've been charged the more expensive 'eat in' price, when I've taken my food out of the store.Staff don't usually bother to ask, and just charge you the higher price.If it happens again, I'll be making a complaint to Greggs HQ and avoid using this branch.In most other Greggs branches you are usually asked beforehand if you are eating in, or taking out.Can't fault much else apart from this issue.
