Amazing team and experience

KO Estates have gone above and beyond. Ryan has been amazing throughout my journey. He’s answered all my questions & queries and makes it his mission to let you know you can contact him with anything- making my ‘beginner style’ questions seem a lot less silly. I have felt supported throughout and treated like a friend. He is a complete asset to the team and I wouldn’t have started this journey if it wasn’t for him and KO estates.

I booked 3 appointments, no one turned up. My 4th attempt I spoke to someone who was going to send a follow up email. Never did. Then it’s been a battle to remove the marketing emails; really disappointing since I’ve followed on social media for a while before I was ready to invest!

I was looking to invest in properties for buy to let’s. I follow this outfit on instagram and they seemed to have a great backing, katie seemed like a great person so work alongside she spoke well In her videos.I was told to contact office, which I did received absolutely no response. I had given ko estate agents multiple opportunities to get back to me so we could discuss further and see what options would be best suited for me. My personal experience with them hasn’t been great, Katie talks a good game but when inquires where made everything went quiet.

Great company to work with. Katie was brilliant the whole way through and was went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.I look forward to working with KO again in the future!
