I've just been to do my normal shop and I've never known the staff to be so rude. Try to check out my goods to woman employee was conducting a personal conversation totally oblivious to serving myself . When I finally was ushered to the check out the said woman was still carrying on her conversation . She was rude and lack of manners to say the least .. Training in customer service is truly needed with this employee .. Till no 2 . And the time of the incident was around 13 30 / and 1400..

Not been for over 2 years so I thought I'd pay a visit to see if anything has changed.First stop to the customer services, I showed my old card and apparently it's not valid after 2 years !! Fair enough I thought!! Can I renew it? That's when I realized I'd stopped purchasing there, the customer service was appalling, rude, and condescending. Never in a million years will you ever get a penny out of me. If the customer service person who attended me today thinks that's how you treat a customer you should be sacked on the spot. Rant over good riddance Bookers

I was there at 15: 48 on 7 4 2022 staff are very friendly except for the cashier who served an elderly chinese couple and she was very rude with them telling them to move out of her way to get to the till. Bless them, they couldn't hear her and she shouted at them in a rude way and nodded her head in an angry way.
