I outlined my urgent and distressing case to a trainee solicitor on a Friday. He said would discuss in team meeting the following Monday to see if could take on. By late Tuesday I called to ask how it went and it emerged he had accidentally ‘deleted’ notes from our prior conversation.I went through it all again and he said would discuss with Manager. By the Friday no response so called and he said no capacity, but failed to let me know. I actually think had I not called I would not have been told. Thank you for wasting 1 whole week in my urgent case.

Loretta and her team were a huge and vital support through a very complex and stressful childcare/finance/divorce hearings, spanning two years.Going through 6 courts hearing, in court and via zoom, from a Magistrate Judge, various Court Judges, and up to High Court Judge for the final hearings!I now understand how stressful and frustrating this process can be with children involved and I can't understate how important a good legal team support can be.

Dishonest, low IQ and overworked. Easily confused, forgetful and too lazy to obtain evidence. The worst solicitors imaginable, unable to assist with the simplest of cases. Seems like they just accept clients, collect the legal aid and then fail to represent them.
