Fantastic! I didn’t believe this level of service existed anymore. I called during the holidays looking for parts and the help I received was second to none, needless to say I now have a working washing machine. I popped into the shop because I was having a strange issue with my oven. I spoke to Ann who offered some debugging advice and we put an in-home repair into the calendar just in case. Well, the advice worked!Super grateful for their knowledge and experience that meant they could help me fix my oven without even needing to take it apart!

Called Domestic Appliance Parts for some replacement carbon brushes for my washing machine. I've never replaced them myself but was given excellent service and advice from Anne who made sure I was getting the correct brushes. From my initial call to collecting them and fitting took no more than an hour. I will definitely be using Domestic Appliance Parts again in future.

Called on Monday around 2PM to see if they had a replacement heating element for a fan oven in stock. Did not have much hope that they would, as similar businesses closer to home (Livingston) did not. However, we were delighted to hear that they had the part in stock, and at a very reasonable price.Upon collection, Anne was very friendly and helpful. Was back home by 5 and had the oven working again like before.Will definitely be calling in here in future if I ever need replacement parts again. Thanks!

I ordered a part for our Bosch Dishwasher and it was ready to be collected the following day.The woman actually went above and beyond for customer service, she collected the part from the courier hours before he would have arrived at the shop.Definitely recommend.

I took our dyson cordless vacuum cleaner to Domestic Appliance parts earlier this year. I found them to be very helpful and efficient. I particularly appreciated their honesty about what could and couldn't be done for the dyson. I felt very comfortable dealing with Anne.Repair was carried out efficiently and successfully, and communications were excellent. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
