Transcendental Meditation London, Pimlico - The Meditation Trust

I loved learning TM with Gemma here, by far the most simple and effective meditation technique I've experienced. 8 months on and I've noticed so many benefits - much less anxiety and depression, a calmer and more patient outlook, glimpses of pure bliss even - and continue to enjoy the practise every day.

A very enlightening weekend which I think will have a lasting impact. Excellent teaching from Gemma and I'm now equipped to face the world clearer, lighter and ultimately happier. Can't recommend this enough.

Really enjoyed the training, each session was well run and added different understanding. Have been enjoying TM since (did course 3 weeks ago), and already seeing some small benefits like bit more energy etc. Really looking forward to continuing my process and journey with it in the months and years ahead.

I learnt TM in Greenwich June 2013 during a time of great personal distress. I had been recommended to TM by a doctor, to whom I shall be forever grateful. I had no idea what to expect..... However, my friends and I soon noticed the benefits. I still practice TM, and have attended numerous 'follow-up' sessions predominantly in Greenwich; Pimlico; Bloomsbury; Edgware Road. It has literally changed my life. It is easy and extremely effective. As one who has practised various meditations over the last 40+ years, this has been the most beneficial. Don't hesitate!

Hi Everyone!I learned TM at Meditation Trust a few years back. As most people, I was skeptical at first, it did cost some money as well, but I know now that it works and was worth taking that course.One main aspect of it is, that it's a form of relaxion, where you switch your brain off, so it can regenerate itself and your body.It help you think clearer, become calmer, more balanced, more positive as well as doing a lot of other things for you.It is however not a magic pill. Not the one you take today and your life will dramatically improve tomorrow. Progress is steady, but it does take time so you need to continuously donate the time for it.Meditation has now become a part of my daily routine and it's definately paying off. One if the main things I've noticed is, that unnecessary fears, that have been previously holding me back are slowly starting to diminish, giving way to courage to take risk, creativity and optimism.Meditation Trust is a good place to start, if anyone is interested in trying TM.All the Best Guys! ;)

A valuable and worthwhile experience. Already seeing the benefits. Great value for money as compared to other providers. The three day course sets you up with everything you need to implement the practice into everyday life. Was taught by Gemma Beckley who was extremely knowledgeable. Gemma made learning TM both interesting and simple. The free follow up support after learning is also comprehensive.

The TM course and the excellent group activities have proved to be a lifesaver. TM is an easy, daily way to destress and to get in touch with what matters: Deep rest through TM is the route to enlightenment. The group activities, including the group meditation events, the TM Saturdays in central London, and TM retreats in Kent are an excellent reinforcement to maintaining the TM routine. I highly recommend TM and the work of the Meditation Trust.

I highly recommend learning TM, it has changed my life in so many ways, not least of all such a simple easy technique bringing much more joy and happiness into my life. It is really worth every penny to learn it, as it is a lifelong skill to have, and there are many group meditations happening in London to keep up your practice. Great for relieving stress.
