Abused trust to an elderly person - they wouldn’t know what cleaning was if they fell over it but had no problem taking payments - avoid with a barge pole currently in the hands of a solicitor

I wouldn’t even give this company one star! Absolutely appalling treatment of the elderly, not the cleaner herself, she was great, but owner and receptionist should be ashamed of themselves, even an attempt to resolve a dispute was greeted by a rude and ignorant response, I’d urge anyone thinking of using them not to!
