Thomas carried out a Building Survey on a property we are in the process of buying and a few days later delivered an extremely detailed and thorough report - all 157 pages of it - thankfully written in plain english with diagrams and photos to help understand some of the more technical points. The scope and attention to detail included was very impressive. As well as identifying various problems with the property, Thomas has offered his expert advice in the form of Action To Be Taken" so we aren't just left wondering how to get the problems identified resolved.
