Shoutout to Seyma - Wren Kitchens Rockstar! From day one, she provided excellent service – answering all our questions, providing valuable insights and suggestions. Her professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made the kitchen design process enjoyable and stress-free.I would also like to acknowledge the commendable assistance provided by Fatma, even though she wasn't our designated designer. In Seyma's absence, Fatma willingly stepped in to offer her assistance when we wanted to make chances to our design.Although we did not have much dealing with the test of the rest of the team at the luton showroom, they were always welcoming, approachable and very helpful in answering calls and booking appointments.

Customer service 5 ⭐️ , replaced damaged sink and missing panel.Take your builder with you when designing your kitchen. It is very difficult for laymen to check and understand plans and layout. Otherwise Lots of surprises.

Their salesperson Ricky is in need of additional training. Three weeks were wasted without any progress on the kitchen. The entire sales team operates on a commission-based system alongside a basic salary. Unfortunately, they are willing to resort to dishonesty in order to secure a sale. Furthermore, they deceive individuals by presenting a false deadline offer on Wednesdays. By the way, it should be noted that there is never actually a deadline for offers, as they consistently claim to be on sale

I went into wren kitchens and got my kitchen designed by Sameia. From the moment I met her I knew she knew exactly what she was doing. I have got my kitchen designed from other places but I was extremely wowed by her service and knowledge. She listen to all my requirements and kept the kitchen within my budget. My kitchen has now been delivered and it looks amazing. There was a missing cutlery tray but as soon as I reported the item missing they sent one out immediately. I would definitely recommend wren kitchens Luton to my friends and family.

I got my kitchen from the wren showroom in Luton and was greeted by sameia. She was very engaging and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She showed me all the options available and then we sat and designed my dream kitchen. She even showed me options that I didn't know I wanted. She helped me stay within my budget and gave me alternative options to save some money. Im super pelased. I read a few bad reviews on line so was unsure but thought I would see as my relatives also have a wren kitchen and are very pleased with theirs.So far so good. Definitely would recommend to get your kitchen designed with her.

Had a terrific experience with Sameia from Wren Luton. We had gone to a few different kitchen outlets and were struggling to make use of our tight kitchen space. From our first meeting, Sameia created a beautiful, efficient and symmetrical design. We had a few ideas and Sameia went through these offering excellent advice and guidance. Throughout the whole process, she was extremely helpful and always offering ideas. We are so pleased with our kitchen!
