Shoemarket Ltd

These are my shoes after two months of wearing them. It’s an absolute disgrace. I’m the laughing stock of the community. The place needs the shutters pulled over it because I had to wait 5 minutes anywayas the staff were gossiping and the product I received were uncomfortable and flimsy but I didn’t think it would end up as this abomination. Get sorted or get stuffed.

Bought some boots earlier today, and already the sole has gone. Only had them on for maybe an hour.

Ha ha, kids cud make better shoes at Playschool!

Went in to buy a pack of socks today and and the lady on the till said have you got smelly feet how rude would like the manager to contact me about this so I can tell them the name who served me discussed at the service

I had to pop into Shoemarket this morning as our little one needed some wellies. I checked online and it said it opened at 9 am. So I set off first thing, paid a £1 on the car park and headed to the door. It was locked. I couldn't see any staff on the shop floor. I tried the door again and a woman came out of a room and shouted we don't open until 9.30 am " I told her that it states 9am online but she wasn't interested and disappeared to finish off her cuppa that she was holding. I managed to pop back around lunchtime and there was 1 member of staff who was filling the shelves. I got the wellies and headed to the till I waited for the woman to come to serve me

Friendly staff and reasonably priced shoes

they get 2 stars only for the staff that served me, then i had to return the products. helpful and no trouble. as for the products - cheap uncomfortable tat and fall apart etc in no time. found far better quality for the same price at a certain fleetwood store

Got a pair of slippers paid 9.99 had them on a couple of times after buying them the next day the sole fell off poor quality and they say its never happened before but theirs always a first time the lady was lovely an very apologetic

This store doesn't deserve any stars, I'm surprised there still open.There too busy stud behide the desk gossiping. Doesn't help when I'm with my 80 year old grandma who can't walk far and I have to walk to the other side of the shop to ask if they have a certain size in. There response is no.. there customer service skills are appalling.Which I find odd there both outside having cigarette while the store is full of people!I wouldn't bother entertaining this store if it was the last shoe shop in Cleveleys.

Shocking customer service! If you’re looking for good customer service and a smile then don’t bother shopping here the staff are all coffin dodgers they’re so miserable and their attitudes stink! my mum only went in for a pair of shoes not to be looked up and down and spoken about by staff as she left safe to say we won’t be returning!
