Dronfield Post Office

I found everyone at the post office to be extremely helpful. If I have gone in with a query they've gone out of their way to help. I had my photograph taken there for my Passport and my Driving Licence. When I didn't like the photograph the gentleman happily changed it. The post office is also somewhere you can use as a designated collection point for mail or parcels. Very useful if you work. Parking is available at the side of the post office. There are approx6 -8 spaces which isn't a lot as a few shops. The whole area on Chesterfield Road has quite a few businesses. Not enough parking spaces for the amount of businesses but that's not the fault of the post office.

I find it difficult to believe Rob is rude! Even in these crazy times of COVID19 he and his bevvy of beauties are running an essential service with humour, courtesy and panache... Thank you!

Called in today to renew my driving licence. Service was excellent, very helpful assistant with a good sense of humour who made the whole process easier and less stressful.

Just had my driving licence renewed at Dronfield post office. What a great service from a Very civil and patient postmaster named Rob. it’s an absolutely essential service, we can’t continue to drive without a valid licence. THANK YOU.
