Finding a wedding photographer was not an easy task for us, but the moment we saw Sophie's photos we knew she was the photographer for us! Having postponed our wedding, Sophie made us feel incredibly reassured that we would still have an amazing day... she was right! Sophie's professionalism and experience has provided us with an incredible set of photos so far. From the moment that we first got in touch with Sophie about photographing our wedding, we could tell that she would be the one for us. Sophie is professional, highly skilled and her photos are incredible. She is also kind, caring and supportive during the ups and downs of planning a wedding during a pandemic. We had a couples' shoot well before the wedding day, which we highly recommend doing if you're able. It was so great to meet Sophie and see how she worked. The photos from that day made us certain we had chose the best person for our wedding.On the actual day, Sophie and her second shooter, Siobhan, went above and beyond by helping with dresses, breath refreshments, tips and tricks to holding bouquets and even how to go to the bathroom in a huge gown! They blended seamlessly into the background, but also calmly took control when it came time for some posed photos and the incredible confetti shot. Sophie took so many amazing candid shots, really representing the love, happiness and fun of the day perfectly. We are so happy we had her on our team and would recommend her to anyone looking for that perfect photographer to capture their day.

Sophie was our photographer last July and was amazing! She put everyone at ease when taking the group photos and they really show! So many amazing photos of the day capturing moments we wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. Highly recommend she did such amazing work!

We are so happy we found Sophie! Neither of us are big fans of having our photo taken and felt very awkward at the prospect but we met Sophie and felt instantly at ease and reassured by her approach. We didn’t want a photographer who rules the day like so many do at weddings - we had witnessed some of our friends miss their whole drinks reception while their photographers bossed them about! Sophie felt like a friend hanging out with us putting us at ease and getting amazing shots - she blended into the day instead of taking over and suggested when to take photos but didn’t push it. Our group photos were over in a few minutes and we could carry on with our day. Sophie let us decide when we were ready for evening shots instead of dragging us away from our party. Sophie was the best choice we made for our wedding! She went above and beyond to make sure it was the perfect day for us. It was like having a friend at our wedding who calmed us down, gave us ideas for extra special touches, and truly captured the joy of our wedding day without us having to spend hours posing in front of the camera - she even steamed my wedding dress! She really understood the relaxed and fun vibe we were going for and we are thrilled with our photos and videos. It was an emotional day for our family and Sophie sensitively and non-intrusively captured special moments with friends and family that we will treasure forever. We can’t thank you enough Sophie ❤️

We booked Sophie quite far in advance of our wedding after seeing a friend of a friends photos and do not have a single regret!Sophie is friendly and professional but most importantly, she put us both at ease when capturing our special day. Not once did Sophie ask us to pose in a certain way (other than a cheeky kiss here and there!) which made us feel even more relaxed - we can’t thank her enough for this!On a slightly separate note, my husband, Lewis, told me he was feeling a little lost on the morning of the wedding but Sophie kindly stepped in. She talked Lewis through what to expect and explained each part of the day to him, putting his mind at rest as best as she could. You don’t just get a photographer when you book Sophie, you get a friend too.For the more formal photos, Sophie got them done nice and quickly which was super important to us - it meant we could soak up as much of our wedding as possible!Sophie knows exactly what she’s doing when it comes to wedding photography - what to shoot, where to shoot and when to shoot, she is a true professional.One last thing we want to mention is the fact that Sophie had sent us 5 preview photos by 8:30am the next morning - if that’s not service, we don’t know what is! We received our photos just before Christmas which was a wonderful surprise as it meant we could share our photos with family over the festive period. We didn’t anticipate getting them back this soon as we know how much time goes into editing.Sophie’s talent really does shine through - the photos themselves are absolutely stunning with such depth in the autumnal colours and beautiful photos of the chapel that we got married in! It’s also lovely to see that Sophie was able to capture the emotions in all of the photos of us and our guests. She thought of every tiny detail and was able to capture these even though we didn’t specifically ask her to - the fact she got a photo of my dad’s and grandma’s messages inside my dress made me cry all over again because I don’t actually remember telling her that they were there! Finally, thank you for getting some stunning photos of Stuart and I, two incredibly unphotogenic people. It’s a lovely feeling to look at a photo of ourselves and actually like how we look!Sophie was such a help all the way through our wedding planning; she advised us in timelines, sent an amazing booklet with photos and lots of tips and tricks that hadn’t even crossed our mind and arranged a pre-wedding shoot with us.
