Got a dishwasher and washing machine - both in great condition and a fair price. They were delivered and installed without any problems and the old ones were taken away! This is THE place to come for you white goods in Pompey. Thanks for the great products and service, we will certainly be back.

We were originally so impressed with the price and level of service when buying a washing machine. Unfortunately the first model we purchased was faulty, this was discovered very soon after using it when the machine leaked over the kitchen floor, more than once. They were apologetic and when they investigated, they said drum inside was completely split. This caused us hassle whilst waiting to exchange machines etc, but we also appreciated these things can happen in any business and wanted to give them a chance.New machine has been in for a week and already it's making a high pitched sound and flooding the floor. Hopefully we've just had the worst luck ever, but purely exchanging for a different machine again isn't quite cutting it when you're left with a raised kitchen floor and a huge pile of dirty washing (for the second time in a row)(As a sideline, the washing machines and other alliances all look in great condition)

One of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken too. Had our washing machine less than a year and already had to have them out once. Claimed to fix it but clearly didn’t. Rang up again today and spoke to an aggressive, dismissive man who blamed us for his shoddy product.Avoid at all cost!

Absolutely terrible service, I would recommend anyone to avoid them. Read through the review before doing business with them.We wanted to get our dishwasher repaired, they told us it would be done within two days & we would have to pre-pay for ordering the part. After many failed calls, we finally got a hold of them a month later and they said they would order the part. After a few days of no update, we then are told it would take 15 business days for the part to be delivered (from the original 2 days). We then wanted to cancel everything because we wanted to have a working dishwasher, as a response we they got quite unfriendly at the phone and were unwilling to refund any money.Now we've spent 50£, never received the part, had an extremely bad experience. The excuse for not being available/never coming back was that 'the phone wasn't reachable', but that didn't stop them from texting us payment details or emailing invoices... DEFINITELY AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.We then went to Home Appliance Repairs in Gosport who sent someone the next morning at 9am who fixed it within 10 minutes. Take your business there or anywhere else but here.

I've used them for year's and have never had any problems, Wednesday we brought a 8 ring cooker from them it has a year's warranty and there was a few teething problems.They were out within an hour to sort it out and it's all now fixed.It's a family run business and I've always found them brilliant and always recommend them to friends and family..Keep up the good work.

Used this shop for the second time. I was looking to buy secondhand. But only new goods were available. It was urgent so I purchased new. Two year guarantee. And my f/f was picked up by their van. It may cost a little bit more to shop at independent shops but the customer service at Kingston Domestics is 5 stars.

disgusting, i had my second washing machine 4 months as first one only lasted a month and it broke, this one 4 months and when i contacted them about this they promised to get back to me the next day, 6 days later and still nothing. I am a key worker in a dementia home and have to wash my uniform after every shift yet they thought it was acceptable to leave me without a machine and without hope of them replacing it. i would not recommend them at all, would rather hand wash my clothes

I got a 2nd hand washing machine it lasted 3 years. Not bad.
