I was really distressed to have rats in my garden. Advanced Pest Control were really really helpful. They came very quickly, were really thorough, looked to the cause of the problem, provided helpful documentation and explained what they were doing. I really highly recommend them.

09.04.19 Immediate response by Rob, and a visit within 1hr. Problem swiftly and successfully dealt with and detailed report supplied. Call was made remotely, so we also have to thank Rob for trusting us that payment would be made from our office in NI the next morning. Very much appreciated. Rob also went above and beyond by giving our client a lift to his hotel. Top notch service - would easily recommend. Thanks guys! Hope we don't need you again, but I know who to call if we do!

Not the cheapest company, but job done amazingly well! Was done so thoroughly, they only needed to come out once, when other companies already said from the start that they would need to come several times as their first treatment was likely to not work completely (so probably ended up being cheaper overall). Very friendly and always called back promptly and happy to answer all questions in detail. Highly recommended.

Didn’t get past the first phone call. Awful communication and people skills. Person I spoke to was very abrupt and stroppy. Asked about booking a visit to go straight to property without telling me where they are from, how they work, their fees or even getting any details from me first. Seemed highly unprofessional, was very unnerving and upsetting.

Tryed to arange 2 viewings for a quote. Booked in for a4.30 the first time, got to 6 o'clock no phone call. I called up they said they're super busy and the traffic was bad. I said thats not to worry, booked in for another appointment rushed home for again for nobody to turn up and no phone call to say why. Will not be trying again and will not recommend.
