An ASDA driver just crashed into the back of my daughter's car. The driver was verbally abusive and extremely threatening towards her by swearing with vile language. Mdaughter

Outdoor store rubbish bins are always overflowing with food rubbish and plastic. Store staff should conduct regular hourly checks and empty as required, common sense I suppose.

Have shopped in asda bangor for many years and have a great friendship with nearly all the members of staff, have never had a problem up till Sunday when a member of staff who I have been friendly with for years accused myself an 13 year old son of trying to steal socks before I even started to scan my shopping and then asked security to wave a alarm tag past the alarms whilst my 2 year old walked through so he could search her bag because she was dragging it along the floor she claimed it looked to heavy and whilst i scanned my shopping she stood behind me and watched me scan every item which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Came back on the Monday and was passed on a message from security that this member of staff had said I was banned and wanted me and my family to leave the store. I confronted this member of staff who then continued to ask me to leave the store and accuse me of attempting to steal socks in front of a very long queue of customers who could hear every word. I suffer with severe mental health and anxiety and I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and small by someone I thought was a friend. I spent £100 that day but I was attempting to steal cheap socks.

Delisting local products (Village Dairy) even when the guy working the aisle says they were the fastest selling products in the fridges and they're no longer ranged"?Sounds like head office calling the shots.Seems to have gone quieter than normal

Went shopping at Asda Bangor. To my surprise there were no anti Covid sanitiser spray or hand gel in the foyer for customer use. Thus could not sanitise the trolly or my hands.I approached three members of staff that were, I assumed, on a store inspection why this was so. Was told they did not know. It was stopped a week ago. When I said Covid was still about was told there was no restrictions any more.Being in a vulnerable group I felt it safer to leave and shop elsewhere.

Friday 7th I went to do a bit of shopping. When I started to feel unwell a condition called FND. I knew I wouldn't be able to continue or get home. A kind gentleman got assistants to help and they were all so brilliant, kind, patient. Training was second to none . I can only remember Elaine and I think Sarah. They made sure I got home safely, helped with my shopping. I will be back to thank them personally.Thank you ladies

A smallish Asda, tidy and well-maintained, but somewhat irrelevant as it has stiff competition from a much bigger Tesco, a new Aldi store and a Lidl store too.Has a petrol station.

Disabled bays are TAKEN by none Disabled vehicles, people who do not have a Blue disability badge. Asda Security are very aware of this, but do not even intervene when disagreements take place over these bays. Leading to disabled persons having zero disability rights at Asda Bangor Gwynedd. This is extremely poor!!!

Since Asda got bought out from Walmart a few years ago , the product range seems to have gone downhill, the self service checkouts don’t accept coins regularly, I did some shopping tonight, the self service till would not accept two , two pound coins, the assistant advised my to go the the kiosk to change the coins , on return to the self service checkout, I tried putting some more coins in , the machine spat out what I had already put in , and said the items were paid for ! The assistant advised me not to worry about it and take my shopping, so thanks Asda for the free Nan bread!
