I dealt with Sam Linford for the sale of my property. I have dealt with Sam before so I knew what to expect. Sam is clear, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy working with Sam and would highly recommend her. My only reservation is that she now works somewhat reduced hours so I didn't feel she was always available when I needed to speak with her. That said, she did move quickly when needed.
