Would avoid. Last time I will order with them. First they delivered the incorrect items. When raised they said they would deliver the correct item and arranged pick up for the incorrect items. They never showed when they said they would. Had to recontact them and then they rearranged further times for delivery and pick up. Then the item they delivered was broken, and they missed the collection appointment again. Finally after almost a month, and having to delay my bathroom project, I have the correct items. But they still haven't been able to arrange to actually collect the incorrect or broken items which are on the way to the tip now. Unable to phone them have to go through a chat bot, all around deeply poor service.

Shockingly bad service! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Victoria Plum’s installation for their new bathroom.We’ve been left with a dangerous toilet which isn’t correctly fixed so it rocks and is unstable whenever you sit down and can be swivelled/rocked/lifted – they’ve said this is fine and fitted as their recommendations!The shower was fitted off centre to the side of the bath (at least they’ve now centred this, although they’ve left the holes open after moving the pipework so you can see through them from the airing cupboard to the back of the tiles…!). There is paint and plaster splattered all over the door/door frame/window frame/step/wooden beam which the installation manager said should just be covered up with caulk (which has made it worse!). Black grout over the newly painted ceiling. The newly plastered wall (done by them at extra cost to us) has bumps/marks throughout which three decorators have told us will need to be reskimmed … I could go on!They’ve been back and forwards to have multiple attempts to sort it but now they’re refusing to rectify the painting/plastering and putting right the damage they’ve caused to our house as they say that they didn’t include to paint the woodwork/ceiling – even though the only reason it needs painting is because of the damage they caused to it! They’ve offered us a ‘settlement’ figure which is less than the quotes (that they asked us to get!) to get a decorator to put it right.We decided to use Victoria Plum installation service as we wanted a professional new bathroom but would have done a much better job ourselves.

Absolutely awful experience with Victoria Plum. Ordered shower enclosure, MIRA shower, vanity unit, toilet. First of all the MIRA shower valve was faulty, when I contact Victoria Plum they informed me they needed a video of the faulty part. They suggested as the MIRA shower part was faulty I could always contact MIRA directly, my plumber did this and without any quibble they shipped out the replacement part, this was fitted and the shower worked no problem. When the plumber came back to fit the shower enclosure it would appear that the seals at the bottom of the enclosure leak water everywhere. We then spent an eternity contacting Victoria Plum through the online chat bot, we sent a video and pictures and explained that issue. We were informed that the doors were not aligned, we have checked ourselves and the plumber has been back and checked and they are very much aligned and fitted as per the instructions. We have asked Victoria Plum to send out new seals thinking this could be the issue, they have tried and failed around 5 times to send the correct seals out and we are still waiting for new seals to arrive. I'm not sure what to do next as we are stuck with a leaking enclosure that is no use to us at all. I am considering contacting a lawyer to see if I can get any help. Under the sale of goods act the enclosure is not fit for purpose. PLEASE AVOID this awful company at all costs !!

I recently had a deeply unsatisfying experience with Victoria Plum, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding their failure to deliver a vanity unit that I had ordered online. The overall customer service and communication throughout this ordeal were truly abysmal.I placed an online order for a vanity unit from Victoria Plum with high hopes, considering their reputation for quality products and efficient delivery. However, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare when the promised delivery date came and went without any sign of the product. I contacted their customer support, expecting a prompt resolution, only to be met with a chatbot and frustrating lack of responsiveness.To make matters worse, the subsequent communication with their customer service representatives was incredibly frustrating. Each time I reached out for an update, I was met with vague answers, excuses and its a supplier issue.What bothered me the most was the apparent lack of urgency in resolving the issue. Instead of actively seeking a solution or providing a reasonable explanation for the delay, I was left in the dark, wondering when I would finally receive the vanity unit I had already paid for. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction was evident throughout this ordeal.I recommend they reinstate a telephone line for retail customers as a matter of urgency.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company- had my original consultation virtually with the sales department in January. Told me a timeframe of 2-3 months for product delivery and full installation. After paying a large deposit, they then told me the installation was booked for august, an 8 month timeline- after complaining, they ‘tried’ to find a new installer and failed so I had to stick with august- one working day before the installation, the original installer cancelled (after adding another large cost to my total bill from his survey)- Victoria plum managed to find a new installer at short notice and booked it in. Products delivered and the bath was severely damaged (only noticed after installation)- contractors were terrible, left an extremely poor finish to the bathroom and refused to admit fault until I pushed. This includes a damaged bath, grout falling out, uneven tiling, cracked tiles, terrible finish on the tiling and grout, and my door doesn’t close properly. They also refused to fit my extractor fan, which I had paid for and was told would be fitted since my first consultation in January.- Victoria plum then sent someone out and agreed to the remediation works- 2 days before the original contractor was meant to come out and fix the works, the company went into administration and washed their hands of the project, despite me emailing and calling 10s of times to try and get support, or at minimum confirmation of the work they were going to fixI have paid an extremely large amount of money to be left with a very poor quality bathroom, no warranty, and no support. I am doing a claim through Barclays as my finance agreement for the remaining costs are through them, so I will get some issues fixed. Unfortunately unless the whole bathroom is ripped out and redone it cannot all be fixed, so I am stuck with a subpar bathroom for which I have paid thousands.Avoid this company like the plague, even if they have been bought out, their service is terrible, they employ poor quality contractors, and leave customers in terrible situations. The products are poor quality and high cost.I would recommend finding an independent company to work with and source your own products, but do not use Victoria Plum.

After purchasing a bath screen earlier this year, The item had become faulty after only 2 months of using it. I tried to contact them but was unable to. Once I had waited an hour for someone to take my message, I was told very bluntly that they cannot help me as the company has changed owner and no longer honour warranty. I now have a £300 bath screen that is useless. Please do not buy from this company. I can honestly say it is the worse company to deal with if you have any problems (which you will)

Stay clear. Recently taken over and Victora Plumb staff confirm there are a lot of unsatisfied customers looking for their orders. List is growing.Premier Deliveries are part of this new take over and struggle to speak English. Very much up against it with zero customer service. 5 weeks now and still no delivery and have encoured extra costs due to this. Have to now cancel order and purchase elsewhere.Will never use again.Stay clear.

I posted a negative review on their website for a product I'd bought from them. Over 6 months later and it's still not there, meaning they must block bad reviews to give a false impression of their products.This is egregious dishonesty.Their customer service is non existent too.

First time (and last time) TRADE customer here...Should have gone somewhere else. Customer service is a joke. You can't call them, you can only email or speak to their chatbot. Different person every time. Just going round and round in circles. Victoria Plumb didn't deliver all the materials ordered, blaming their supplier. No replacement materials delivered, no refund, endless chasing and no resolution.The adverts say about how good the customer service is. Couldn't be further from the truth. The amount of negative reviews for this company speaks volumes.EDIT: Pending refund, my point still stands. I shouldn't have to wait for a month (and to post a negative review) in order to get a refund.

This is a review of Premier Deliveries (lol) that Victoria Plum use not the item which appears to be fine. Driver woke the house up at 6.25am despite us being told to expect a 7am-11am delivery with a call/text in the morning to be given an exact time (this didn't happen).When questioned why this didn't happen the driver was rude & keen to leave. Both boxes marked 'Fragile' & 'This Way Up' were delivered upside down.I will reconsider ordering again from Victoria Plum if they use cowboy outfits like this that can't follow simple instructions & are rude to their customers.
