My first salon experience here in England and I was nervous first but WIP is nice and welcoming place with nice people. Loved how my haircut came out. Highly recommend.

Had my hair done last week by Sophia and it’s the freshest blonde I’ve ever had. The atmosphere in the salon is very relaxing and everyone makes you feel very welcome and listened to. My hair was done the exact way I wanted it and my highlights were incredibly blended - highly recommend getting your hair done here! Xx

I went two weeks ago, and I can finally write something. I wasn't feeling well these two weeks due to the horror in my hair.I paid £162 (no receipt because she asked me to make a bank transfer) for a terrible service. The entire experience was uncomfortable, with Sophia asking me several times about what I wanted, even though I showed her plenty of photos initially.She did not use foil paper for bleaching my hair as in other places I have been. She kept talking with the other person, gossiping, and not paying much attention to what she was doing.I left feeling terrible, and I didn't say anything because I wasn't feeling well for the treatment. As mentioned by someone else in the reviewers, she also judged my way of talking (I am not European; I teach here, and my students have never complained about my accent). My hair is now full of patches with an uneven colour everywhere and not even close to what I wanted. I repeatedly said I wanted the colour only from the low middle to the ends; however, she went up with the bleached.My hair is now in a terrible state when it has always been in good condition.Make your hair a favour and go somewhere else where prices are around the same and the service much better.

If you’re looking for a sign to try a new salon, this is it! I wanted to get a natural blonde look and Sophia really listened and understood the vision, since I have started colouring my hair this is the happiest I’ve been. Also the atmosphere was lovely✨

First time I’ve visited this salon and Frankie did a cut and blow dry and she has done an amazing job. I really feel like she understood my very thick wavy hair and has cut it in a way that will make it easier for me to style. She also gave me a lot of useful style tips. She is obviously a very experienced hairdresser and I will definitely visit again.

Third time getting my hair done here and Sophia never misses! I'm always leaving feeling happy and pleased with my cut and colour (a beautiful copper). The music and vibes are also super relaxing, I 100% recommend!

First time I visited and Sophia has done a fabulous job with my curly hair. I needed a good restyle from long hair and she nailed it.Lovely and friendly environment and very professional.I will definitely go back.
