Really nice hairdressers. I had a cut with a « beginner » hairdresser and she was brilliant. Listened to everything I wanted (I know very little about hair and don’t go to the hairdresser very often) and helped me figure out what would suit me. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Lucy at Karen Christensen for years to get my hair done, absolutely fabulous every time! She gets my blonde and style exactly as I want it!

I’ve been having my hair cut and coloured at KC hair for about 15 years. I have the amazing Jo to do my hair and she always takes care of me and knows exactly what my hair needs whether it has been short or long! Walking into the salon you’re always made to feel very welcome and are looked after. Ive also had several beauty treatments over the years and can thoroughly recommend any of the treatments.

I had previously had good haircuts here but they turned my natural strawberry blonde hair dark brown instead of more auburn as requested. They did not offer to fix it when I went back and asked what I could do to remove the colour and charged me more than double what I was quoted. The dye was left on a lot longer in the front of the hair than the back because she had to go and mix up more dye in the middle of it so it was much darker and looked awful and patchy.

Basically only just got home from my appointment but had to come on here to leave a review because my hair has been transformed! Casey listened perfectly to my preferences and balanced them with what was possible with my hair type to give me easily the best haircut and service I’ve ever had. I’ve tried other places in Wells and Glastonbury but the cut and service has always fallen a bit flat, especially now I know what I could’ve been getting instead! Thanks so much.

First cut and colour beautiful 2nd awful although she fixed it “” I’m left with muddy coloured hair and an awful haircut , so bad . Sophie absolutely ruined my hair & it’s integrity & when I asked for it to be fixed she said “ we’re in the money “ omg I couldn’t believe it. I now have had ti have it cut all off and dyed dark . And it needs to heal will take till next summer fumming can’t describe how I feel why would someone do this to a client .also blow dried my hair and smoke was coming off . Never ever again will I go to this money grabbing uncreative sham of a hairdressers

came in to get my hair recoloured as i went to a different salon and they ruined my hair and i absolutely hated the way it looked i came in to get it fixed and getting looking something more like what i wanted and my hair dresser Lucy worked miracles and has gotten my hair looking incredible and i can actually walk out the house again and feel confident! would highly recommend.
