Recently joined this GP surgery. Seriously no regrets, best GP in the HU3 catchment area and possibly all of hull. Really nice nurses who don't give you attitude over the phone like a lot of other GPs, quick to help you and aren't dismissive, and usually answer email questions within 5-10 minutes. I haven't had this experience anywhere else.My GP (Dr. David Garwood) wasn't dismissive about my concerns for something that GPs are usually quite skeptical of and was very understanding. Thanks HMC!

From calling reception at 8am, asking for app, booked me in same day. Saw GP who was extremley helpful, booked me in with nurse for bloods 5 mins after seeing him. So thorough, swift & most of all, it felt like they cared. Thank you so much for you help today.

Excellent GP service. Can always get an appointment, reception staff are lovely, Drs and nurses the same. Would recommend :-)Joined as could never get in my previous surgery, this has never been the case here.

Great surgery. Been there around 3 years now and can honestly say it's the best doctors I've ever had. Great friendly staff. Very helpful. Doctors and nurses very thorough and comforting. Nothing ever too much trouble.Easy to book appointments and very helpful when it comes to appointments during covid to. Professional and accommodating.

Complete shambles.I don't know how difficult it is to do a repeat prescription but this place is a complete joke. Ordered a week ago, had to ring again yesterday as it hadn't been done correctly. I was assured it would be done yesterday and what a surprise...today its still it's not been done.You should be ashamed. There's no wonder our poor A&E hero's are at breaking point.

Great surgery, I moved here a few years ago when I was unable on multiple occasions to get an appointment at my old one (modality). This surgery has very friendly staff and you can actually get to see a Doctor. 5 Stars.

Moved to this GP 4 yrs ago from the worst surgeries in hull(modality) and can I say it is the best move I made. This has to be one of the best surgeries in Hull! Never had a problem the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the drs take time to listen. If you ring early enough you can get same day appointment. I would give 10 stars if I could.

A great medical practice. You can have appointments the same day if you ring early morning.Staff are very helpful and the doctor's are all very good and pleasant. One of the best practices. Not like others. They do care about you.

Very inconsistent. Depends who's on reception and which doctor you see. I've been trying to get to the bottom of an ongoing problem now for over 4 years and still have no complete diagnosis!I often feel ignored and disregard with certain doctors and staff here.Very frustrating!
