UBeauty nails and facial

Had a lovely facial today, was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back.

You Beauty absolutely has a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff is polite, friendly, professional and cooperative.The massage oils,facial creams and all other beauty products are of top quality.Nail art is done in an artistically pleasing manner. I will certainly choose this great centre for my future needs.

Only go to Ubeauty to do nail and face treatment, and recently they start to have full body massage that is the best one I ever had in UK so far!!!!!The new shop is really nice open area and beautiful environment, highly recommande!!!!!

I just had the most amazing facial at this place. UBeauty has state-of-the-art equipment for facials and skilled facialists with gentle hands. Incredible!

(1/2)Warning: Shop closed even though I had an appointment.I made an appointment with this shop, but when I arrived, it was closed. I tried calling the shop to find out why, but no one answered. I was very disappointed, as I had wasted my time and effort coming to the shop.I would not recommend this shop to others, as they are clearly not reliable. If you do need to use this shop, I would advise calling them ahead of time to confirm your appointment.(2/2)You PROPOSED THE APPOINTMENT TIME when the shop was closed, and you didn't even bother to inform your customers? There weren't even any signs on the door! And you're asking me for FULL PAYMENT (£63) for services I haven't even received yet, NOT DEPOSITS?I'm willing to provide a deposit, but I'm not going to pay you in full until I've received the service and I'm happy with it. AWFUL customer service from your shop.Get your act together!

I went for a 30min massage and Alice was phenomenal!Best massage I’ve got in a really long time. I will be gettin a whole hour next time :)
