I feel like Yusif is a racist firm. He only helps Somalian people. If you’re not Somalian he won’t help you or go out of his way he never gets back to anybody. He never gets back to me. Micrace has been here for three years and he has not bothered to get back to me. He is a fraudster

Unprofessional! This firm has been told to settle our invoice by the client, but has kept hold of the money and will not return any calls or emails. Disgraceful behaviour from a law firm. STAY AWAY!

It is astonishing how this firm still open. Abdi Yusuf is a con artist. Do not give this man any money or business. I have report him to the SRA.

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!They will take your money, wont do the work at all. You’ll chase them around for months, the receptionist will tell you Yussuf will call you back and he never does. They never answer emails either. I paid him for work in January 2021. It took him until September 2021 to finally file the paperwork for the Visa Application after me threatening to complain against him. It is now March 2022 and it took for me to chase him down, for him to forward an email response that he received in February to say the paperwork was incomplete.Whatever you do, DO NOT give this man any money or business. DO NOT believe the fake “good” reviews. Theyve been fabricated by his team to override the bad reviews. You are better off going somewhere else. I dont know how he keeps his business afloat when every single person I have ever seen waiting at his office has the same issues with his professionalism. He cant keep appointments. He shows up hours later as if his time is the only time that matters. He WILL waste your time, and you WILL end up having to find another solicitor.He doesnt even deserve the 1 star.

He also having an experience towards immigrations and other branches of law by showing empathy, caring and good listening skills. These solicitors are negligent. Do not trust them with anything. The owner mislaid paperwork, did not respond to the other party, did not respond to court deadlines, never in the office, cant get through via phone. You literally have no chance of anything succeeding. Probably the most disorganised so-called professional i have dealt with. I am trying to save you money and headache. So take my words seriously. I am taking action via the SRA to get him struck off as our experience was soo bad.If he is already dealing with your case call the courts directly for updates his firm wont. Change solicitor.
