Tasteless!! No actual Bolognese in my pot. Sides were cold. Overall bad experience.

Made a large order for my staff for their lunch , this was done at 12.15pm. Estimated delivery time 30-45 minutes. It is now currently 13.47pm, staff are off lunch. Food not arrived and the restaurant does not pick the phone up. Shocking.

Lasagne was OK, not much flavour I can make better myself, Ragu was awful, small amount of ragu on the top of the pot leaving over half the bottom just plain soggy pasta. Then to top it all off, Had one item missing. Overall not impressed. £40 for the meal for 4, was left really disappointed and one person ending up putting a frozen pizza in the oven (probably had the best dish anyway)Avoid.

Food is yummy, arrived warm. Only complaint is the dish I ordered had lots of rosemary in it, maybe more detail could be added so you know what you are buying.Definitely use again, only personal taste is why 4 not 5 stars

Calamari and Cheese cake are 10/10Ham Hock pasta is abysmal. No flavour, just essentially boiled water with the crumbs of a ham sandwich chucked in. Garlic bread is half of a whole so that’s weird. Would order again for the cheese cake because it was INCREDIBLE, i’d suggest opening a dessert shop instead of vapid, soggy, sub par italian inspired food.

Sent ham hock instead of vegan ragu.

I've ordered from here 6 times and never once received what I paid for :( Once received a beef dish when I ordered a vegan dish. Once received cheese on top of my vegan dish. Twice received dish with zero of the toppings I paid for. Twice received a bucket of plain pasta with literally only a tablespoon of sauce. Spent so much money here and never once got what I ordered! really disappointing and quite astonishing. I'm hoping in leaving this review maybe staff will see it and be more attentive to people's orders... But personally I won't risk ordering here again.
