From sales with Paul to servicing with Simon I can not fault them as a company. Brought a second hand Izuzu Dmax from Paul who was really helpful in arranging everything. Then when I took it back for a service again nothing was to much trouble. On picking up my truck Simon and I noticed a slight issue and he quickly had a mechanic dealing with it and keeping me informed every 15 minutes until issue was resolved. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Cameron was very helpful during the sales process, he gave me all the information I needed and researched any that he did not know immediately.He was friendly, honest, never pushy and great with communication.I’m happy that I have bought a vehicle I can rely on and confident that I can go back to them with any issues.

Best 4x4 specialist in Devon!Bought a Dmax from these guys and absolutely love it. The sales staff are first class and always super friendly and happy to speak to you. No customer to small and very competitive on their vehicle prices. Glad I went with Shaun and Andrew at Ottervale. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.

After a very disappointing initial experience (they sold a vehicle I had asked to reserve) Shaun & David at Otter went out of their way to rectify the issue, sourcing an equivalent truck for me. They really took customer service seriously. There were a couple of issues with the vehicle after it was delivered to me but they sorted them out without any quibbling. Overall not a perfect experience due to the issues at the start, but I can't fault their efforts to put things right for me and would definitely use Otter again.

Cameron at Otter Vale was very helpful in finding my new vehicle. Throughout the process Otter Vale were available to help with part exchange and sorting out the transfer of my new vehicle. The whole process was friendly and professional.

Absolute shocking customer service from both cameron and coby .Was looking to sell my truck to them .Over a space of a month or longer I rang multiple times and was told they would get back to me but never did .If they were not interested that would be fine, but at least have the courtesy to tell me .

Family business giving it that personal touch on the sale. Very happy, very efficient and would recommend to others.Just to add to this review, unfortuantely the aftersale care has let us down. Minor teething issues with the truck, booked in with OV to rectify but when arrived, apparently there was no booking, there was no accountability and still not sorted.

Brilliant customer service. I left my details with Cody as I was looking for a specific vehicle and spec, I was pretty fussy and Cody was always brilliantly helpful. They found the perfect vehicle for me a few weeks after my initial enquiry. Thanks guys highly recommended.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a garage. I bought a Navara that overheated after a few weeks, I returned it twice for repair which they insisted had been completed but ultimately a couple of weeks later it failed and destroyed the engine.I was told it was head gasket failure but walked into their workshop to see my engine spread around a bench in bits, totalled.They promised to find me a like for like replacement, after waiting approximately 2 months and them not being able to find a replacement I insisted on a refund. Miraculously the next day they found a replacement vehicle but wanted a further £2800.After waiting for a week for my refund and not receiving it and being given all manor of excuses I had to make a complaint to Black Horse. That then led their sales manager “Shaun the snake” to try and coerce me into removing my complaint by saying they’d refund me sooner if we did. I stuck with my complaint and received a compensation from Black Horse due to the appalling service and failure of the vehicle.Nothing but false promises and outright lies, truly disgusting service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!
