I visited the Cribbs Causeway store yesterday & popped in to The Watchlab with my Omega watch ( as it had started to tick every 5 seconds - indicating the battery was in power save mode & battery needed replacing).I spoke to Sarah (who was very knowledgeable and friendly) and I left the watch to have the replacement battery and required pressure test (to prove watertight) - I received a text message within 45 minutes, whilst shopping to collect.Great & prompt service from both Sarah and Tom the technician in the branch - 2 Year guarantee provided & I will definitely use again!!.

We cannot rate this shop enough! Friendly, hard working and kind staff, quick and excellent service, warranties depending on brand... Amazing. Especially the service from Sarah and Lewis! They put a battery in my mum's Gucci watch within 30 minutes and then replaced the battery in her vintage one for my wedding day. Amazing. Absolutely recommend.

My husband and I have been coming to this store for many years for our watches, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Lewis and Sarah are such lovely professional people and go above and beyond for customers. We cannot fault anything on their services and would highly recommend to anyone. Always take my watches here for replacement batteries or repairs, friendly staff and on occasions if they are having a busy moment can leave it with them with them while we do a bit of shopping. Yesterday I brought my Invicta watch in for a strap repair as it had completely come apart, at first I was a bit optimistic as the strap width dose have a wide girth on where it had come apart, but thankfully he was able find the right size and after a couple of minutes of fiddling had it fixed as good as new, wouldn't even charge me for the quick repair. I wished him a good day. I wouldn't go anywhere else and travel over from the Forest of Dean.

I cannot fault today's experience. My 25 year old Animal watch has not been on my wrist in about the same amount of years, and I anticipated it needing to be sent off for repair. I was wrong. The guys at Cribbs had a new battery and leather strap installed within 30 minutes of arrival, and the watch now works. I have a 2 year guarantee for the battery and 1 year for the strap, all for sub £45! I'm happy so far. Cheers, guys.

Popped in as the spring clip on my Rolex Explorer snapped. Friendly service with a smile. He replaced both clips for me free of charge even though I offered to pay numerous timesWould recommend to anyone.Perfect customer service.

We visited in passing when at Cribbs Causeway to get a link taken out of new Red Arrows Citizen Watch just to get a price - the extremely helpful and lovely lady at The Watch Lab did the job there and then in less than 10 mins and now watch fits perfectly!
