I don't think people work here, but that hasn't stopped me using the self service which is very good. £15 for two fleeces and a pair of trainers for a 2 and three year old. All items a re good quality. Will be back again.

The shop is really small compared to even city centre Decathlons. It is inside the Asda supermarket, basically in a mezzanine. It has a small section in most mainstream sports but don't bother if you want to see something specialist in real life before buying. The Coventry branch is much better.

My son has purchased on line both a tent and a road bike. I was responsible for picking up both from in store and Jack was the member of staff who helped me establish that the tent would be an adequate size for their needs working out dimensions of their beds etc. I then contacted the store the day after to arrange to pick up the bike and Jack explained what needed to be actioned to assign collection to another individual. He is a huge asset to this store and exemplifies the absolute best in terms of customer service. Highly recommend and hope Decathlon look after such an asset. Thank you Jack for your assistance.

Clean tidy store . Not a massive full range but enuf in there. It's in a bigger Asda store but is good for sporting bits .

Positive attitude from staff, clean shop. We’re very helpful in helping my wife order her bike on the cycle to work scheme. Only downside is Asda’s car park.

Don't shop here if your paying by cash, they don't take it and don't offer any alternative i.e to pay at Asda till , extremely disappointing. Made an hour long return trip ! Will not be going back

I went in to buy a replacement bike for a stolen one. Ricki helped me to buy a new one.He took the time to check and alter the brakes, check the gears, pump the tyres up! Pretty much, a full service! He was brilliant and his service was above and beyond. The bikes are brilliant value too, but the customer service was amazing. Thank you...I also went back to sort a minor brake problem and the follow up service was brilliant from Billy on 21/08/2019, I know how tough it is trying to keep the customer satisfied, but top marks again... Thanks again
