We recently relocated to Poole from outside the area, Gary from A&H went out of his way on numerous occasions to help us to find a property which met our requirements, he even met with us on his days off for viewings to fit in with our schedule. From start to finish Gary worked tirelessly to help us secure our move, we explained our requirements and he was the only agent who understood the type of property we were looking for even with our vague and broad search criteria. Where other agents showed us the same old dross, Gary was using his excellent local knowledge to identify properties and areas that would be of interest to us even those not listed with A&H!The service that he offered throughout was exceptional and the after service where most other agents would have turned their backs was unforgettable. I would highly recommend Gary and the team from A&H and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Unfortunately for Gary he did such a great job of finding us our dream home I don't think we will find the need to use him in the future!!

I am very glad to have a chance to review these guys.I have had numerous requests of them over the past two years, and have been enormously impressed with the way they do business.I first had dealings with Cliff, who could'nt have been a better fellow, and subsequently with Gary who is every bit as helpful, friendly and thorough.As a professional photographer, I meet a lot of people, many of whom are adept at blowing smoke up the rear end. These people are not like that, and without hesitation, I can recommend them. I am pleased to affirm that this firm have refreshed my jaundiced view of mankind (and estate agents)

Absolutely terrible experience with this letting agent. I have rented many properties and have never had poorer service. Throughout our tenancy our issues and requests were blatantly ignored multiple times, it was impossible to get a straight answer from them and we only ever had a quick response if there was potential for them to make money from us. When leaving we endured months of stress caused by them not doing their job correctly. They allowed threatening behaviour from the landlord and passed through incorrect information relating to our deposit. Would not recommend anyone to use this agency and I regret my decision to rent through them. Avoid.

Straight from the initial enquiry handled by Abbey, through to viewings facilitated by Chris and the subsequent negotiations dealt with by Manda the customer experience was impressive. I put my apartment on the market just days before Boris announced the stamp duty break. At the time it was one of only a handful of flats on offer and it was expected to sell quickly however, the announcement saw Lower Parkstone flood with far more salubrious apartments than mine and so it took far longer to sell than it might have otherwise.As a result, I got to know the Edwards Team in Ashley Cross really well as they guided me through the process step-by-step and provided reassurance and support when I became a little disillusioned with it all. I am sure my property became the one they all groaned about during their Monday morning reviews but nevertheless, I always felt that it continued to get a high level of attention with viewers sent my way on a regular basis.Assistant Manager George was fantastic throughout. He was calm, professional and realistic, very happy to answer all questions (even when daft) and most importantly he was human, interacting really well with myself and buyers alike. It'll be strange not to hear from him every week now. Thanks George! You really did a great job for me right down to the day we finally got a sale (whoop whoop!) and then dealing with solicitors etc. Also thanks to Chloe for taking my (sometimes anxious) calls and to Chris for advice given at top speed as he was often running out the door!I therefore highly recommend Edwards Estate Agents.
