I found this care home to be dismal and in need of a good overall clean, it never smells fresh. when visiting an elderly friend there was only one carer for about 10-12 residents and the carer spent most of the time on her mobile phone. I found that my friend had no clothes in her wardrobe or the chest of drawers. I was told they were in the laundry. What? All of them. When I left I had to find someone to let me out. She too was immersed on her phone.wardrobe or her chest of drawers. When I queried this, I was told they were all in the laundry
